RECYCLED COTTON AND CONSUMER WASTE
LNJ Denim can offer up to 20% Pre Consumer Waste recycled fabric, with no upcharge. LNJ Denim is offering upto 20 % Post Consumer Waste Recycled Denim Fabric to leading Brands.
As a Environment – conscious organisation, RSWM Limited has its own recycling unit to convert PET bottles to Polyester fibre which in turn converted into yarn. In the LNJ Denim, yarn to weave Denim Fabric is using.
Organic Cotton is supposed to be Genetically not modified. When it is cultivated, no synthetic chemical is being used as fertiliser or pesticide. LNJ Denim produce 100% Organic Cotton fabric with a upcharge of $0.07/yd for 100% BCI certified cotton.
LNJ Denim uses different sustainable fibres and their blends in Denim. All the natural fibres as well as regenerated fibres come in to this group (Tencel & Modal, Hemp, Linen, Seacell, Bamboo).
SUSTAINABLE DYEING AND FINISHING
“Advanced Denim” has been introduced to produce sustainable product with lesser consumption of water & energy along with lesser release of effluent. LNJ Denim use Pad-Ox method of dyeing, RDT Sulphur Dyeing Indigo in order to reduce the environmental impact. Plasma Finish reduces wet process treatment to fabric. The fabric thus produced is Easy to wash type.
RSWM Limited has India’s first merchant hydro power plant, reducing 800,000 tonnes of Carbon dioxide emissions annually. LNJ has 5 MW capacity of Solar Power installed in our plants.
WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT
LNJ Denim, is a ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE manufacturing facility. They are treating all process effluents generated, saving 486,000 Kilo Litres of water per annum.
